Spring Starter Kit
Hi fam!
This week, I’m diving into a few of my favorite things I’ve been loving (and wearing) during the warm days we’ve had. If you’re like most New Yorkers—or anyone on the East Coast—you’re beyond ready for spring.
I call this time of year Grover Rad coat season. If you’re not familiar with the LA-based brand Grover Rad, you should be. Born from a desire to create clothes that spark conversation, their collections are beautifully designed, impeccably made, and thoughtfully curated—pieces you actually want to wear. Everything is produced in LA, and working with Lizzie, the designer and creative director, has been a dream. She has the best taste, the best eye for vintage, and is just one of the coolest people I’ve met.
Now, back to the coats. They’re perfect for this in-between season. I may own more than a few… Lately, I’ve been wearing the Apocalypse Printed coat from Collection 2 (sadly sold out), but I also love last season’s Venus coat. And if you missed out, don’t worry—Collection 007 drops on April 10th. Stay tuned.

I love suede, and while it’s not always the most practical choice for this time of year, I’ve been wearing this blackish-grey elongated tote from Zara nonstop. Yes, Zara! It’s giving serious The Row vibes and has become my go-to for everyday essentials. In the mornings, I throw in my water bottle, keys, and headphones on my way to Tracy, then later, my laptop, snacks—basically everything I need for the day. I’m always surprised by how much it holds and how effortlessly it works with any outfit. It’s sold out, but apparently, you can still find it on eBay. It also comes in brown, which I love, but it was too similar to my Toteme suede brown belt bag—another favorite that I’ve been wearing nonstop since I got it in August.
To make it my own, I’ve been accessorizing it with bag charms—I finally gave in to the trend. I used to collect them back when I worked at Fendi, so this feels like a full-circle moment. I love a trinket! My current favorite is a beaded charm from my friend Claire of Judey Studio—she usually makes amazing belts, but this charm is so good. I also found a dog-shaped one on Etsy that looks like Alfie (this one), and I’m eyeing another from Sticky Zoo (here), plus this one from Timeless Pearly (here).
I’ve also been living in my black and red patent leather Chanel ballet flats. I had been searching for this color combo forever and finally found them on The RealReal. I swear I can manifest any shoe I want on there—it’s a dangerous skill. Patent leather also feels a little more forgiving in the rain than regular leather or suede (though I may have accidentally worn them in the snow…). If you’re hunting for vintage or secondhand gems, also check out Vestiaire!
Speaking of great finds, I finally bought the Khaite Danielle jeans—and they did not disappoint. I loved them so much that I bought a second pair almost immediately. I have them in Boone (here) and Bryce(here), both in a size 26. They run true to size and are perfection. Pictured here with my favorite Grover Rad piece.
And finally, my spring routine isn’t complete without Forward__Space. It’s become my religion. I go every Tuesday and Saturday morning, and I’m obsessed with their new merch. I just picked up this softstreme half-zip they made with Lululemon (here)—it’s so good.
Next week, I’m diving into all things wellness that I love! Stay tuned!
